This is definately a useful checklist. With attention on the B&B itself, it’s so easy to overlook this essential part of the transaction. The stumbling block is the login details for so many types of account. It’s so easy for it to break down, so an audit along these lines is going to pay off. All the login details really need to be tested while password recovery on the former email addresses is available.

Good article, I would also suggest including additional targetable keywords within your hotel business listing on google local, you want to appear for ‘hotels in ….’ as well as just your business name. Also get people to review your business on google local – it will help with your listing ‘authority’ and ranking.
